Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
